              Our Brand Story

              As a brand, Little Threads, Inc. came into existence in July of 2006, but designing children's fashion has been a passion for María, the owner and designer. Over our first decade, we have evolved to have two sister lines under our main brand. You will be able to find all three lines on one website now.

              Little Threads is our whimsical picture smocking line. Recognized by its bright colors and vibrant patterns. This is the brand that got our name out there.After four years of growing our presence in the market, we felt the need to introduce two new lines: Marco & Lizzy and Baby Threads.

              Marco & Lizzy distinctive features are its clean lines, a sweet and sophisticated  classic look, with a European flair. We use Liberty Art Fabrics in many of our Marco & Lizzy styles. These beautiful prints are second to none. Marco & Lizzy is also home to our silk and special occasion outfits, as well as First Communion dresses, day gowns, and Christening gowns.

              During a trip to Perú, María fell in love with Pima Cotton. And it's easy to see why! It is incredibly soft to the touch. Most items in our Baby Threads line are 100% Pima Cotton, though we offer velour and Baby Alpaca items under the same banner. Our 100% Pima Cotton items feature everything from small rosebuds to more playful designs and scenes.
